Hanging Lake to Reopen May 1st!
The United States Forest Service says the plan is to reopen Hanging Lake on May 1. Last year Hanging Lake narrowly escaped being burned by the Grizzly Creek fire.
Once again this year there will be a reservation system in place to cut down on the number of visitors to Hanging Lake to help conserve the area.
Here are some photos I took at Hanging Lake this past July. It’s my favorite hike!
